What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the company's biggest savings event of the summer, offering Nordstrom customers the chance to save on apparel and other goods sitewide and in-store. It's an ideal time to refresh your office wardrobe, stock up on everyday basics or start back-to-school shopping. As Nordstrom suggests on its website, during the sale "families with kids save a lot by stocking up — buying sizes that fit now and ones to grow into." 

While the sale is now open to everyone, Nordstrom Credit Card Members typically receive early access each year, with all tiers of members getting first dibs on the best deals before the general public. To prep for next year, devoted shoppers can sign up for a Nordstrom credit card to cut the proverbial line.
