A lot of love and care went into this game, and it shows in both the excellent mechanics and audio/visual package. It has its frustrating moments, but the overall enjoyment of the game manages to outshine any of those disappointing times.

Chariot is one of those games that smartly starts out fairly easy, but continues to layer in new play mechanics and before you know it you’re swinging the chariot across the level like you’re Indiana Jones with his whip.

Chariot is a true co-op game. The beauty is that the game can be played and enjoyed in two completely different styles.

While the overt focus on co-op might make it less appealing to the solo gamer, it's still a worthy adventure to embark on even if you're all alone.

Overall, if you have a friend and an afternoon to kill, you could do a whole lot worse than Chariot.

The basic concept is interesting enough to spark your curiosity, but in the end it stays too repetitive.

The game offers a varied and fun experience, despite its occasional moments of frustration which will require some preparation from the players. A detailed graphical environment and a very fun multiplayer mode ensure that Chariot will be appreciated by players of all tastes.

Chariot is not for the faint of heart, it's a game that requires patience and a slightly stubborn nature to stick with, whether in co-op or single player.

No fun at all on your own, but together on the same couch this is one of the most entertaining co-op puzzles for many months.
