Nov 22, 2012Need for Speed: Most Wanted's impressive selection of vehicles and vast open world should satisfy your high-speed hunger. With an impressive multiplayer suite, slick gameplay, and stunning visuals, this racer is a real treat. If you're a fan of the genre, Criterion's latest deserves a place at the top of your personal most wanted list.

Nov 19, 2012Need For Speed: Most Wanted is one of the best games available for PS Vita. The gameplay is ideal for a handheld console and is extremely varied and fun.
-
Nov 13, 2012Criterion has proved themselves as the first developer to really figure out the Vita and what can be done with it. Need for Speed Most Wanted is a must have for any Vita owner or any fan of racing games.
-
Nov 7, 2012Criterion's seal of quality. They've managed to squeeze the console version on Sony's handheld, just adapting the graphics to the new hardware. It doesn't look as good as the PS3 or 360 version, but it's still the same experience, and one the best titles you'll see on PSVita in a while. Absolutely recommended for fans of driving games.
-
Nov 26, 2012EA have proven with Most Wanted that the Vita is capable of much more than the likes of Call of Duty: Declassified or even Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, and Most Wanted should be at the top of your want-list for Vita as a result.
-
Dec 7, 2012It really is a well-realized effort and serves a suitable replacement to the home experience. I'd highly suggest checking it out; it's certainly high on my list of Vita games that are worth owning.
-
Nov 12, 2012Whether you own the PS3 version or not, if you own a PS Vita, you won't find a better racing title than Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
-
Nov 7, 2012A must-have in the Need for Speed series. A serious candidate for the most wanted racing game for PSVita.
-
Dec 4, 2012Many features are toned down in the Vita version, graphics, traffic and online functions for example. But that doesn't mean that the rest of the game is not good - in fact it's great. Especially due to the fact that it's designed around the portable format.
-
Playstation Official Magazine AustraliaNov 28, 2012Could do with shorter 'mini-loads' between retries. But otherwise great. [Christmas 2012, p.83]
-
Nov 26, 2012Under the bonnet Need for Speed: Most Wanted offers a complete experience. A big city to race in and the original progression system lets you drive a lot of different cars. Autolog and Easydrive also make sure the next race is never far away. It does, however, takes necessary practice and concentration to get the very precise steering under control and the low resolution oncoming traffic will make you crash every now and again. Despite its faults Need for Speed: Most Wanted is the best and most complete race game for the Vita so far.
-
Nov 16, 2012Despite coming across as that bit drier than its source material, it's a well-realised Vita motor city and easily one of the best racers on the platform.
-
Nov 13, 2012Criterion has managed to shoehorn the full console experience into the tiny PS Vita and the result is just wonderful. This is by far the best racing game for PS Vita.
-
Nov 6, 2012It may not be a perfect port of the PS3 version, nobody should reasonably expect that, and it suffers from the lack of some effects, jaggies, and a reduced volume of traffic, but you can't underestimate the small wonder that is having Most Wanted running flawlessly on a handheld. Criterion has done a great job making sure the core of the experience remains untouched, showing that there is a still a lot of untapped potential for Vita.
-
Oct 30, 2012An extremely impressive handheld version of a console hit, but one not without some serious compromises. Still, it's one of the best racers of the year and it's in your pocket. Can't complain.
-
Jan 21, 2013The new Most Wanted is no real "Most Wanted": It's an adventurous trip into the wide area of open world games without any string of story. For a quick drive the game is fun, but for a longer stay in Fairhaven it's missing a story and some guidance (apart from ongoing online matchmaking arenas).
-
Nov 10, 2012Need for Speed: Most Wanted on the Vita is the perfect compliment to its big brother version. If you own both games it almost feels like cross-play when you share points across the board. The omissions are noticeable, but not game breaking, and the experience is just as fun as the console version. If you want Most Wanted on-the-go you are in luck, this is a masterfully crafted version with only a few setbacks. Vita owners take note, this is how racing games are done right on a handheld.
-
Nov 1, 2012Need for Speed Most Wanted for Vita makes do despite its many flaws, because it is still, essentially, the same game I played on console, and that game is top notch. Need for Speed Most Wanted on Vita is a worthy companion that can be played anywhere - just don't let it drive you away from choosing the superior console version first.
-
Nov 2, 2012Something of an uncanny experience. A lot of the experience remains intact but its vitality has been drained away. It's a muted affair, and that ultimately harms a game that derives so much of its charm from those little touches.
-
Nov 20, 2012Need for Speed: Most Wanted for the Vita is basically the exact same game as the PS3-version. The problems I had with that version still remains, but the fact that Criterion managed to squeeze the entire game into the Vita is remarkable and it really does offer you the same experience, with the big advantage of being portable.
-
Nov 12, 2012Criterion seems to have done the maximum in order to offer a similarly fun experience on the Vita than it did on the 360 and PS3. This version is impressive, has roughly the same content than the console ones. Its just slightly less beautiful and with fewer contestants in the races, but other than that, it's the same experience.
