The oft-explored worldwide sensualist feels newly alive here, ‘Fountain Baby’ a prime exemplar of mind-expanding afro-pop alchemy that revivifies the weary spirit.

It's far more experimental than her last effort, but in a thoughtful way that makes for a refreshing listen.

It's so fresh and new, she brings her roots with so much proud and intelligence, the tracks are very well produced and makes vibe easily with each one of them. She brings up something more experimental with the punk rock vibe in the end and it feels very mature for a second album. Great album, amazing artist. Expand

This is the most genuine, authentic, fresh and delicious thing that has happened in the summer and in the complete year so far. Afrobeat in its most innovative sound joined by a simply incredible, seductive and strong voice as Amaarae's.
