YOUR ACCOUNT

Amazon.co.jp does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults (18 years old or older) only. Amazon reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Amazon Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion, if there is reasonable doubt that you did not comply with the Conditions of Use or any Service Terms, or have conducted an unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate act.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTRACT

If you order a product through Amazon.co.jp, this site will provide an “order confirmation” Electronic Notice indicating order receipt confirmation and the details of the order. Your order is an offer to purchase the product. For all products sold by Amazon.co.jp, regardless of the payment method and delivery option you choose, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established when this site provides a “shipment confirmation” Electronic Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for digital products, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established when this site provides an “order confirmation” Electronic Notice , and for subscription, your offer to purchase the subscription is accepted and a contract is established when this site provides an “purchase confirmation” Electronic Notice, and for pre-orders, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established when this site provides an Electronic Notice notifying you that the pre-ordered product has become or will be available for download or saved to the cloud. For products sold by sellers other than Amazon.co.jp, a contract is established at the time that this site provides a “shipment confirmation” Electronic Notice. If you have ordered multiple products in one order and Amazon.co.jp provided a “shipment confirmation” Electronic Notice with respect to only a part of such order, then a contract will not be established concerning the other products until the “shipment confirmation” Electronic Notice for those products is provided separately.

RETURN AND REFUND

The department in charge will start the refund procedure in order once we receive the returned item from you. The amount of time required to complete the refund process after you have returned the item will differ based on the processing capacity of the Return Center and the payment method selected. Please refer to the Refund page for details. We will notify you by Electronic Notice once the procedure is completed. No interest will accrue with respect to amounts to be refunded by Amazon.co.jp.

TRANSFER OF TITLE / RISK OF LOSS

Title for all items purchased on Amazon.co.jp (except for digital content download products) will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier regardless of the payment method and delivery option you choose. However, if items are lost due to intentional acts or negligence of the carrier before reaching the designated delivery address, Amazon.co.jp will bear responsibility for such loss.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Amazon attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Amazon does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Amazon Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product sold by Amazon.co.jp is not as described, please return it in unused condition. We will refund the price as your sole remedy for the inaccuracy.

PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the "List Price" or “Suggested Retail Price” displayed on any Amazon Service represents the price widely suggested by the manufacturer or supplier either to consumers (on product package or catalogue, sometimes known as a "suggested retail price") or to retailers (sometimes known as a "reference retail price"). The "Price" displayed on our website represents retail price offered by our website. When an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

Our site attempts to maintain accuracy of product descriptions on the site as possible. However, if there is incorrect price information or price-related information (such as Amazon Points allocation) on the site, we will make price adjustments as follows:

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, Amazon.co.jp will, at its discretion, either contact you before shipping to inform you of the correct price and ask for shipping instructions, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The above policy applies to products sold by Amazon.co.jp only. Third party sellers may have different policies regarding price adjustment.

AMAZON SOFTWARE TERMS

The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with Amazon Services (the “Amazon Software”).

1. Use of the Amazon Software. You may use Amazon Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the Amazon Services as provided by Amazon, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the Amazon Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to,or license the Amazon Software in whole or in part. 2. Use of Third Party Services. When you use the Amazon Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
3. No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the Amazon Software, whether in whole or in part.
4. Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to Amazon Software at any time and without notice to you.

APP PERMISSIONS

SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY

You may not use any Amazon Service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using Amazon Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Amazon Software), technology, and services.

OTHER BUSINESSES

Parties other than Amazon operate stores, provide services, sell products or list advertisement on this site, and this site may link to sites of affiliated companies and certain other companies. Amazon is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and does not warrant the products of such business or individual or the content of their Web sites. Amazon does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product and content of all these and any other third parties.
